Hair Stylist Educator / Blowout Trainer

Are you a leader in the hair salon, spa, or beauty industry? Then we have the job for you! Drybar Minnesota (Edina and Wayzata) is seeking a Hair stylist Educator / Trainer who is passionate about hair stylist training and who gives a killer blowout.

Here at Drybar MSP, you will join a fun and supportive team that enjoys learning from each other.

 

As an educator / trainer leader in our shop, will enjoy these perks:

• Educators make an Average of $25.00-$35.00 per hour including Tips and Commission

Enough about us, let’s talk about you! We are looking for a rockstar hair stylist educator who:

• Positivity and Dedication to their craft
• Has a preferred minimum of 2 years experience as a hairstylist with a strong emphasis in styling and blowouts or 1 year as a cosmetologist trainer or educator in the beauty industry in a hair salon, barber shop, or spa environment (but don’t let that deter you if you know this is the job for you!)
• Has strong organizational skills and can drive a very positive, learning and development focused culture
• A desire to provide exceptional service & always striving to be the best they can be
• Strong communication skills and the desire for creating a great experience for our guests 
• Ability to work and collaborate in a team environment
• A supportive team player who supports their fellow teammembers, takes initiate, and self starts.
• Is able to communicate in the best and worst situations to achieve the desired result and find the best solution for all
• Has a proven track record of stellar customer service and sales- customers love you!
• Can pivot easily with finesse in even the most difficult moments & Multi-task with ease
