POSITION SUMMARY
To provide clients with flawless color, haircuts and hairstyles and helping them to look their best! As a Hair Stylist, you will provide
hair color, foil work, hair cuts and keratins. You’ll discuss the best products and hairstyles for each individual client’s needs and preferences. Most importantly, you will make it your goal to ensure that every customer leaves our salon feeling great about their new look and happy with the services you provided.

REQUIREMENTS:

•  2+ years as a stylist taking clients. Is customer service oriented and has organizational skills. 
•  Can take direction well with an eagerness to learn and excel in position
•  Tuesday and Thursday 1pm-9:00 pm, Friday 9am-5:00 pm and Saturday 8am-4:00pm availability. 
•  Potential for more hours on Wednesday if interested to work full time
• Open to coaching and learning new skill sets
• Successful completion of a cosmetology school is required
• Proven experience as a stylist. Must share you social media to so show your current work 
• In-depth knowledge of hair cutting techniques and best practices
• Skilled at hair coloring, straightening, and curling techniques
• Familiar with a variety of treatment products 
• Up-to-date with trends in fashion and beauty

Responsibilities 

• Evaluate customers’ needs with a thorough consultations to recommend appropriate colors, haircuts and hairstyles. 
• Wash hair with appropriate products
• Apply hair treatment products
• Execute flawless haircuts
• Apply highlights, ombre, balayage, and other hair coloring techniques
• Provide customers with a wide range of hair styling options, from formal to casual
• Recommend take home products appropriate for the client
• Rebook clients 
• Goal setting weekly, monthly, yearly with your salon coach to create an exceptional career with us
