Responsibilities:
Provide professional hair services including cutting, styling, coloring, highlights, balayage, treatments, and blowouts
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals
Stay up to date with the latest trends, techniques, and products in the hair and beauty industry
Recommend appropriate hair care products and upsell salon services
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Collaborate with fellow team members to create a positive and supportive salon culture
Manage appointment schedule professionally and punctually
Qualifications:
Valid cosmetology license in Florida
Minimum of 2 years' experience working as a hairstylist in a salon setting (preferred but not required)
Skilled in modern cutting, coloring, and styling techniques
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and professional demeanor
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-end environment
A passion for beauty, style, and continuous learning
