Responsibilities:

• Provide a full range of hair services including cuts, color, highlights, and styling
• Consult with clients to understand their hair goals and recommend personalized treatments
• Perform blowouts, updos, and specialty styling for everyday and special occasions
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized workstation at all times
• Build and retain a loyal client base through exceptional service and follow-up
• Stay current with the latest hair trends, techniques, and product knowledge
• Collaborate with salon team members to ensure a positive guest experience

Requirements:

• Valid New Jersey Cosmetology License required
• Experience in cutting, coloring, and styling for diverse hair types
• Strong knowledge of professional hair care products and tools
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends
• Self-motivated with a passion for the beauty industry and continuous learning
