What We’re Looking For

• Experienced Stylists:

Ideally 3+ years for Level 6 positions, but we’re open to less experience for the right talent.

• Clientele Preferred, Not Required:

Our demand and reputation support stylists ready to build.

• Dedicated Professionals:

Individuals seeking a long-term home—not just a chair—within an established, employee-based salon.

• Technical Versatility:

Ability to provide a full menu of hair services, including:

• Precision cutting
• Wella color services
• Perms
• Chemical straightening
• Texture services for all hair types
• Special occasion and finishing services
• Brand Alignment:

Experience with Wella color is preferred. Enthusiasm for continued education is essential.
