Overview


T12 Technologies is seeking End-Use Monitoring (EUM) Specialists to support a U.S. Department of State program in Haiti. EUM Specialists conduct field inspections and inventories to verify that U.S.-provided equipment is accounted for, properly stored, and used for its intended purpose. The team works closely with U.S. Government and Government of Haiti counterparts and travels throughout the country.


 



Key Responsibilities


     Conduct field inspections to verify the presence, condition, and use of U.S.-provided equipment.


     Perform physical inventories and maintain accurate records, photos, and supporting documentation.


     Support equipment handovers, including counting and tagging assets.


     Conduct security reviews of facilities where equipment is stored.


     Prepare clear inspection reports and escalate issues to the Program Manager.


     Coordinate site visits and work respectfully with U.S. and Haitian government officials.


 



Required Qualifications


     Minimum three (3) years of experience in export compliance, defense logistics, property/asset accountability, supply chain management, or monitoring and evaluation.


     Proven ability to conduct field inspections in challenging environments.


     Required: Fluency in Haitian Creole.


     U.S. Citizen or Foreign National; must be able to pass background screening and Government vetting.


     Ability to travel without restriction throughout Haiti.


     Based in Port-au-Prince, Haiti.


     Able to drive armored vehicles.



Preferred


     Fluency in French and working proficiency in English.


     Experience with equipment accountability or end-use monitoring programs.


 



Skills & Competencies


     Strong analytical, organizational, and risk assessment skills; able to work independently in the field.


     Proficiency in Microsoft Office and compliance tracking systems.


     Cultural sensitivity and adaptability in high-security environments.


 



Working Conditions


     Based in Port-au-Prince with frequent travel across Haiti, including remote areas.


     Must follow all program security and safety requirements during field travel.


     Standard Monday–Friday schedule; some holiday work may be required.
