Halfway House Attendant

Job Title: Halfway House Attendant

Reports To: Front of House Manager

Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet members and guests promptly and courteously.
  
• Prepare and serve snacks, beverages, and light meals according to club standards.
  
• Operate point-of-sale system; accurately handle cash, credit card, and member account charges.
  
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels; restock products as needed.
  
• Keep the halfway house, restrooms, patio, and service areas clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety standards.
  
• Follow all state and club alcohol service regulations.
  
• Communicate supply needs, equipment issues, or member concerns to management.
  
• Responsible for setup and breakdown of the halfway house at the beginning and end of shifts.
  
• Deliver attentive and professional service consistent with the high standards of the club.
  

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in food & beverage, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a friendly, professional demeanor.
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods.
  
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, required.
  
• Must be at least 18 years old to serve alcoholic beverages.
  

Work Environment:

• Primarily outdoors or semi-outdoor setting at the halfway house facility.
  
• Requires standing, walking, and light physical activity throughout the shift.
