They work closely with the General Manager on budgeting and menu strategies, analyze customer feedback, and promote a safe, respectful work environment. The role requires at least 7 years of culinary experience, including 5 years of supervisory roles, with strong knowledge of kitchen operations, menu development, and budgeting. Must be computer literate, possess Food Handler and ServSafe certifications, and be flexible to work various shifts. Preferred qualifications include an associate degree or culinary certification and experience with POS systems and multi-unit operations.
