JOB TITLE: Hampshire PDP Coordinator

CONTRACT:. Permanent, 35 hours any 6 of 7 days.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To help lead on the effective planning, communication and execution of the Player Development Programme running in Hampshire. These to include, but not limited to all In-School and Out of School activity, Player Development Programme activity and the various activity delivered during the school holidays.
- To deliver safe, inclusive and high quality coaching activity across the Hampshire Player Development Programme (PDP). These to include, but not limited to all In-School and Out of School activity, Player Development Programme activity and the various activity delivered during the school holidays.
- To help lead on managing the programme/activity schedule.
- To help lead on developing the wider area network to create additional sporting opportunities to further enhance the delivery of the programme.
- To conduct regular 1:1's with contracted staff to review performance and KPI's and objectives, involvement in team meetings and investing in their development/training opportunities/CPD.
- To undertake any Club activities that maybe required in addition to the role.
MEASURES OF PERFORMANCE:
- To achieve and surpass all of the participation and budget targets that have been set for Player Development Programme.
- To actively seek ways in which to increase participation across the Player Development Programme.
- To deliver coaching sessions across the week at no less than 50% of the contracted hours. (The 50% does not include travel and set up/down).
- To ensure efficiencies at all activities and supporting the wider team in financial growth.
- To be a positive role model, creating a safe, positive, inclusive and fun environment in which to educate, motivate and inspire young people and other participants ensuring they have a positive Chelsea experience.
- To build robust relationships with both internal and external customers, local schools, clubs, organisations, businesses, governing bodies and authorities.
- To help and support CFC Soccer School Staff to mentor and guide sessional workers in best practice and professionalism.
- To sustain and further develop activities through participation growth.
PERSON SPECIFICATION:
Qualifications:
- A minimum of UFEA C working towards a UEFA B License.
- In date FA Safeguarding Children course & the FA Introduction to First Aid in Football certificate.
- Clean driving licence.
Experience:
- Been involved in a professional Community and or Academy Department.
- Supported the running/managing a programme.
- Working towards KPI's and managing team members to their KPI.
- Managing budgets
