Compensation / Good Faith Pay Range
- $18.00 - $35.00 Flat Rate per Hour (FRH) depending on experience, credentials and certifications.

What You'll Do
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicles in accordance with manufacturer standards and dealership quality expectations.
- Inspect vehicles and perform preventative maintenance and repair services accurately and efficiently.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns using diagnostic equipment and factory software.
- Document repair recommendations, findings, and completed work accurately within dealership systems.
- Operate manufacturer diagnostic software and technology to support efficient repairs and communication with service advisors.
- Perform road tests before and after repairs to verify customer concerns and ensure repair quality.
- Participate in manufacturer training and continuously develop technical knowledge and certifications.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment while following all dealership and safety procedures.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience by producing quality work and supporting the service team.
What You'll Bring
- ASE Certifications preferred
- Ability to perform basic automotive maintenance and service repair as well as diagnose mechanical and electrical issues
- State Inspector's License preferred
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic; work well in teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly to team members and customers
- Ability to hold yourself accountable and achieve goals with limited or direct supervision.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Previous dealership or automotive repair experience preferred
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and a flexible schedule
- Pass a criminal background check and drug screen
- Maintain a professional appearance and conduct
Requirements:
- ASE Certifications a plus!
- Able to perform basic automotive maintenance and service repair
- Able to diagnose mechanical and electrical issues
- State Inspector's License a plus!
- Posses a Driver's License with acceptable driving record
