Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and follow work instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to accurately read and use measuring tools, including rulers marked in inches and millimeters.

Experience Requirements

• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, packaging, or warehouse environments preferred.
• Experience using hand tools, light machinery, or assembly equipment is a plus.
• Ability to complete production documentation and quality records accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with product assembly, inspection, and packaging processes.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adaptability and flexibility in changing production environments.
• Experience following standard operating procedures and maintaining quality standards.
• Ability to learn new processes, tools, and equipment quickly.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods while performing repetitive tasks.
• Frequent use of hands and fingers to assemble, inspect, and package products.
• Ability to safely operate hand tools and light production equipment.
• Must be able to team lift up to 50 pounds and independently lift up to 20 pounds.
• Ability to perform detailed work requiring precision, focus, and visual accuracy.

Job Duties

• Assemble, inspect, and package products according to company quality and production standards.
• Operate hand tools and light machinery to manufacture product components.
• Perform visual inspections to ensure products meet specifications and quality requirements.
• Complete production, inspection, and quality documentation accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow established procedures, work instructions, and safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve daily production goals.
• Support continuous improvement efforts and adapt to changing production needs.

As a Hand Assembly Inspector you will assemble products, components, or equipment using hand tools, power tools, fixtures, and assembly instructions.
