Job Title: Hand Finisher (Deburring) Location: Monrovia, CA Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM Pay: $20.00 - $21.00/hr
Position Summary: Under general supervision, perform deburring, edge breaking, cleaning, and finishing of machined parts. Prepare and package products for shipment while meeting customer specifications and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Read and interpret blueprints and specifications
Deburr and finish parts using hand tools and equipment
Clean parts using solvents and ensure no visible defects
Inspect work using magnification tools as required
Package and label finished products per customer requirements
Follow all safety and confidentiality guidelines
Qualifications:
Must be ITAR compliant
Manufacturing or deburring experience preferred
Ability to read blueprints
Strong attention to detail
Able to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
