Job Title: Hand Packaging Technician
Pay: $22.35 per hour
Hours: Monday Friday, 6:30AM 2:30PM Temporary 3 month assignment

What You'll Do
As a Hand Packaging Technician, you will be responsible for
- Manually preparing and packaging products according to specified quality standards.
- Performing quality control checks, including verifying package counts, dates, weights, and appearance.
- Folding, taping, and labeling boxes for shipment, ensuring sanitation and accuracy.
- Stacking finished products onto pallets and preparing items for distribution.
- Safely operating equipment such as pallet jacks, tapers, and shrink wrap machines.
- Moving pallets throughout the production area, often in varying temperature environments.
- Adhering to safety protocols and maintaining a clean and organized workspace at all times.
What You'll Bring

- Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or production environments preferred.
- Basic math skills and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
- Physical ability to lift, move, and stack products safely.
- Steel-toed rubber boots are required for safety.
- Flexibility to adapt to temperature variations and production demands.
