Job Title: Hand Welder
Location: Tulsa, OK
Pay: Base - $32.00 base pay per hour with ability to go to $34-36 per hour with retroactive raise after 90 days of employment with company. Performance based on NDE % Rejection Rate (3% or less) and Inches of weld per shift.
Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 am to 4:30 pm with overtime as needed

Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled Hand Welder experienced in multiple welding processes for pipe fabrication work. This role requires precision, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to produce high-quality welds while following specifications and safety standards.

Weld Test Requirement
• 6G Pipe Test
o MIG root
o Stick fill and cap
• 6G Pipe Branch Test
o MIG root
o Stick fill and cap

Key Responsibilities
• Perform welding using:
o Stick (SMAW)
o MIG (GMAW)
o TIG (GTAW)
o Flux Core (FCAW)
• Complete pipe welding and fabrication projects
• Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and technical drawings
• Ensure weld quality meets specifications and codes
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Inspect finished welds for acceptance: size, defects, and appearance

Qualifications
• Proven experience in pipe welding fabrication
• Proficiency in multiple welding processes (SMAW, GMAW, GTAW, FCAW)
• Ability to pass a 6G pipe and API 1104 Branch Weld test
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols
• Reliable and able to work consistent hours
