Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct and maintain documented routine inspections of:
Central Accumulation areas
Satellite Accumulation areas
General waste storage areas
Identify and properly dispose of damaged waste containers, replacing them according to established procedures.
Assist in spill response, cleanup, and containment efforts as trained.
Perform additional duties as assigned to support waste management and EHS operations.
Qualifications
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities.
Must have or be able to obtain and maintain the following:
Forklift Certification
Hazard Communication Training (HazCom)
40-Hour HAZWOPER Training
DOT HazMat Training
Work will be performed in a manufacturing environment, directly around chemicals and aerosol products.
Exposure to industrial noise, odors, and temperature fluctuations is expected.
Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is mandatory and provided.
Must be able to wear a Powered Air Purifying Respirator (PAPR) and pass a medical clearance check.
Must be able to safely operate forklifts and powered industrial trucks in designated areas.

Compensation:
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position is $21.75/hour. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Dependent on the position offered, other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. This position is 10 hour days, Mon-Thurs.
