Responsibilities:
Perform general repairs and maintenance across residential and/or commercial properties
Complete carpentry, drywall, painting, and finish work as needed
Handle plumbing and electrical repairs within scope of expertise
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site at all times
Communicate professionally with clients and team members throughout each project
Manage tools, materials, and supplies efficiently on the job
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Handyman or in a general maintenance/trades role
Working knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and drywall repair
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple tasks independently
Professional, courteous demeanor with strong customer service skills
