We're looking for a solid, experienced craftsperson who knows their way around residential repair work and takes pride in doing things right the first time.
This is steady, year-round work with a well-established residential service team — consistent schedule, organized dispatch, and no weekend grind. You show up, do quality work, move to the next job.
The Work
You'll be trusted with a variety of residential repair and improvement jobs, including:
Carpentry, trim, doors, framing repairs
Drywall patching, texture, and finish work
Painting and surface repair
Light plumbing and electrical fixes (fixtures, outlets, installs)
General handyman-style residential improvements
Completing jobs independently in occupied homes
What we need
3+ years hands-on construction, handyman, or maintenance experience
Strong multi-trade capability (you can pivot between tasks without supervision)
Comfortable working solo in customer homes
Clean, professional communication with homeowners
Reliable, detail-focused, and consistent in your work quality
