Location: Salt Lake County / Utah County (servicing 4 retail stores + main office)
Schedule: Part-time, approximately 25–35 hours per week
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Hours: Typically 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM, with occasional extension of 1+ hours depending on business needs and seasonal demands
Reports to: Logistics Manager

We are seeking a reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented Handyman/Driver to join our team. This is a versatile role that combines general maintenance, deliveries, and warehouse support across our locations. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, is willing to tackle a wide variety of tasks, and takes pride in doing every job well.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform handyman and basic maintenance work at our 4 retail stores and main office, including (but not limited to):

    • Repairing or replacing locks, doors, and hardware

    • Changing lightbulbs, ballasts, and basic electrical fixtures

    • Minor plumbing, painting, assembly, and general repairs

    • Troubleshooting and resolving maintenance issues as they arise

  • Make regular merchandise deliveries from our Sandy headquarters to store locations

  • Assist with warehouse duties including receiving, organizing, and moving inventory

  • Maintain cleanliness and appearance of all company vehicles (washing, interior cleaning, and basic upkeep)

  • Be flexible and willing to assist with other tasks as needed — this role often involves a variety of unexpected requests and problem-solving throughout the day

Requirements:

  • Strong handyman skills with the ability to handle a wide range of maintenance tasks

  • Experience driving larger vehicles (vans, box trucks, etc.)

  • Ability to safely lift and move boxes/items up to 70 lbs

  • Clean driving record (will be verified)

  • Ability to pass an extensive background check

  • Reliable morning/daytime availability (8:00 AM start time)

  • Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic and professional attitude

  • Positive, can-do mindset and willingness to adapt to changing priorities

Preferred (but not required):

  • Previous forklift experience

  • General construction or maintenance background

  • Familiarity with the Salt Lake and Utah County areas
