Job Summary
Join our dynamic team as a Maintenance Person Helper and play a vital role in supporting maintenance and repair projects across various facilities. This position is perfect for someone eager to learn, assist skilled tradespeople, and contribute to creating safe, functional, and well-maintained environments. As a Helper, you will gain some hands-on experience, and help keep our spaces in top condition.
Duties
- Assist experienced technicians with routine maintenance, repairs, and installations across different areas of the facility
- Prepare work sites by gathering tools, materials, and equipment needed for each task
- Support with minor carpentry and general maintenance person duties under supervision
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency during projects
- Dump runs
Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and maintenance procedures; prior experience is a plus but not required
- Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills
- Ability to follow instructions carefully and work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Good physical stamina; able to lift heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and perform manual tasks safely
- Communication skills to understand instructions
- Must have a drivers license
- Must be able to lift 80 pounds

- 18 years or older
