Handyman

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and driven Handyman for Real Property Management Southland. The Handyman is responsible for providing basic residential maintenance for the properties we manage. Strong candidate will bring a full range of general handyman skills. This position will be responsible for the timely and professional completion of tasks to the standards of our organization.


Responsibilities

• Provide basic maintenance for managed properties as assigned
• Perform and provide exceptional quality work and services
• Perform work in a timely manner
• After-hours calls and site visits as necessary
• Other duties as assigned

Skills Desired

• General plumbing
• General electrical
• General painting
• General handyman
• Yard care
• Expert level of communication with team and customers

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience
• Ability to prepare, write and communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and staff
• General maintenance and repair knowledge
• Willingness to learn
• Must provide own tools necessary for basic maintenance functions
• Willingness to be on-call 24/7
• Company van will be provided

Compensation

• Company credit card for materials
• $150-275 Daily rate
• Bonus opportunities
