Job Summary
- Perform a wide variety of residential and light commercial repair, maintenance, and remodeling projects
- Provide accurate bids and complete projects to customer satisfaction
- Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and suppliers
Job Requirements
- Skilled in at least three of the following:
- General Carpentry (Rough and Finish)
- Bathroom Upgrades or Remodels
- Kitchen Refresh or Remodels
- Interior and Exterior Painting
- Drywall Repair, Patching, and Caulking
- Minor Plumbing and Electrical Work
- Flooring Installation or Repair
- General Home Repairs and Maintenance
- Strong customer service and client relations skills
- Knowledge of building codes and material management
- Valid driver’s license and insurance
- Own tools, work vehicle, and references
- Experience in remodeling or home repair trades
- Independent contractors must carry liability insurance and workers’ comp
- Smartphone and reliable internet access
