Job description:

Duties:              

• Facility Maintenance: Execute general repairs and preventative maintenance across multiple Burger King locations to ensure peak operational standards.               
• Proactive Inspections: Conduct routine walkthroughs to identify and resolve potential safety hazards or equipment failures before they escalate.            
• Systems Support: Perform intermediate-level plumbing and electrical repairs, including lighting fixtures, clogged drains, and kitchen hardware.                 
• Interior Restoration: Expertly repair or replace damaged drywall, commercial flooring, and tile work to maintain a premium guest experience.             
• Equipment Care: Install, troubleshoot, and swap out restaurant fixtures and non-HVAC appliances.               
• Site Management: Maintain a clean, organized workspace and ensure that all repairs comply with local building codes.

Requirements:           

• Proven Track Record: Solid experience in commercial maintenance or a specialized trade (plumbing, carpentry, or electrical).
• Technical Literacy: Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals to troubleshoot complex restaurant layouts.
• Tool-Ready: Must possess a comprehensive personal toolset and reliable transportation to travel between Sanford sites.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication skills to coordinate with restaurant managers and minimize disruption to food service.

Job Type: Full-time - 45 hours per week; needs to be available to work some weekends.
