Handyman (Plumbing, Electrical & HVAC)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Handyman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with plumbing, electrical work, HVAC systems, and general building maintenance. This position requires a self-motivated individual who can troubleshoot issues, complete repairs, and perform preventative maintenance in commercial and residential settings.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance, repairs, and installations.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing systems, including faucets, toilets, drains, and water lines.
• Perform basic electrical repairs, including outlets, switches, fixtures, and wiring.
• Conduct HVAC maintenance and minor repairs on heating and cooling systems.
• Complete carpentry, drywall, painting, and general building repairs as needed.
• Inspect facilities and identify maintenance needs.
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe and organized manner.
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and building codes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of handyman, maintenance, or skilled trades experience.
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general construction.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve maintenance issues independently.
• Experience using hand and power tools.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and climbing.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Schedule & Pay

• Full-time position
• Monday–Friday (occasional overtime as needed)
• Pay based on experience
