About the Role:
We are seeking a Handyman/Service Tech in Pittsburgh, PA! We are looking for a skilled individual to help maintain and enhance our properties, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for our residents. This is a subcontractor position. Must have all of your own tools and reliable transportation.  



Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on residential properties.
  • Respond promptly to service requests and troubleshoot issues effectively.
  • Conduct inspections to identify necessary maintenance and repairs.
  • Assist with plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs as needed.
  • Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with residents and property management.
  • Document all work performed and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a handyman or service technician.
  • Knowledge of general maintenance, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
