Responsibilities:

• Performing general maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry, and plumbing
• Handling repairs and installations for residential and commercial properties
• Assessing and identifying issues to determine the best course of action
• Communicating with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions
• Maintaining tools and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition

Requirements:
