Pay
$25 – $40/hour OR $500 – $1,500/week potential (Pay based on speed, quality, and experience)

We are hiring a skilled, reliable handyman to help modernize multiple residential properties. Consistent work available for the right person.
This is for someone who:
Works fast Knows what they’re doing Doesn’t need to be supervised What You’ll Be Doing Flooring (vinyl plank, laminate, hardwood) Painting + drywall repair Bathroom & kitchen upgrades Trim, molding, finishing work Light plumbing & electrical General repairs and property upgrades Requirements (IMPORTANT) Must have your own tools Must have reliable transportation Must be able to work alone and independently Must be able to lift 50+ lbs Must show up and get the job done What We’re Looking For Someone dependable and serious about work Clean, modern finishing skills Problem-solver (figures things out without constant direction) Schedule Flexible Ongoing work available Location
