Harbor Cafe Team Member

MacRay Harbor is looking for a dependable and self-motivated team member to operate our Harbor Cafe. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys workiing independently while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced, waterfront cafe setting located inside our Harbor Fuel dock store.

Responsibilities:

-Open, operate and close the cafe independently

-Provide friendly and efficient customer service

-Take orders and process cash/credit card transactions

-Prepare and serve coffee and espresso beverages

-Scoop and serve hand-dipped ice cream

-Prepare simple, market-fresh food items using equipment such as a toaster oven

-Maintain cleanliness and organization of all cafe areas

-Restock inventory and monitor supplies as needed

-Follow all food safety and sanitation protocols

-Ensure smooth day-to-day operations while working alone
