Hard Armor Production Technician — 2nd Shift
 $16.50/Hour | 11:30 AM–10:00 PM
Position Summary
We are seeking Hard Armor Production Technicians to support manufacturing operations across TPU and Autoclave production teams. This hands-on position assists with material preparation, product handling, equipment loading and unloading, finishing activities, quality checks, and general production support.

The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, comfortable performing physical work, and able to follow written work instructions and established safety and quality procedures.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• 
  Support daily production activities within TPU and Autoclave manufacturing areas.
  
• 
  Prepare materials, components, and products for processing in accordance with work instructions and production requirements.
  
• 
  Load and unload materials and products from equipment, racks, carts, tables, and fixtures.
  
• 
  Perform general production and material-handling activities, including staging, sorting, organizing, cleaning, and moving materials.
  
• 
  Assist with trimming, prepping, cleaning, and finishing products as required by the manufacturing process.
  
• 
  Follow work instructions, quality standards, standard operating procedures, and supervisor direction.
  
• 
  Inspect materials and products for visible defects, damage, or other quality concerns and report issues to production leadership.
  
• 
  Support material movement between production areas to help maintain an efficient workflow.
  
• 
  Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas in accordance with 5S and workplace organization practices.
  
• 
  Follow all applicable safety, quality, and production procedures.
  
• 
  Provide support to other production teams based on staffing and workflow needs.
  

Qualifications

• 
  Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or general labor experience is preferred but not required.
  
• 
  Ability to understand and follow work instructions and basic production documentation.
  
• 
  Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
  
• 
  Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  
• 
  Willingness to perform hands-on work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  
• 
  Dependable attendance and the ability to follow established procedures and supervisor direction.
  

Physical & Work Environment
This is a physically active manufacturing position. Candidates must be able to:

• 
  Lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
  
• 
  Stand, walk, bend, reach, and move frequently throughout the work area.
  
• 
  Frequently use hands and arms to handle, control, or feel materials, tools, and equipment.
  
• 
  Work in production and warehouse environments that may include loud noise, heavy machinery, and varying temperatures.
  
• 
  Maintain focus and follow safety procedures while working around manufacturing equipment.
