Hardscape / Brick Masonry Laborer
Job Overview
We're looking for a reliable and hardworking Hardscape Laborer to join our growing team. You'll assist with the installation of patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other outdoor living features. This is a physically active, hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors and being part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the installation of pavers, natural stone, and concrete surfaces
- Prepare job sites (excavation, grading, leveling)
- Load/unload materials and tools
- Operate basic hand and power tools
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean worksite
- Work closely with crew leaders and team members to complete projects on time
Requirements
- Ability to perform physical labor (lifting 50+ lbs, bending, standing for long periods)
- Dependable with strong work ethic
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Basic construction or landscaping experience preferred (but not required)
- Valid driver's license is a plus
