POSITION DETAILS

Job Title: Hardscape Construction Laborers

Pay Rate: $18 - $20

Location: Indian Trail, NC

Employment Type: Full-Time - Temp to Perm

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts (start time around 7:00 AM)

Start Date: ASAP

SCOPE OF WORK

• Perform hardscape and labor support work on active job sites
• Assist with landscaping-related tasks as needed
• Work collaboratively with a crew to complete daily production goals
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow site procedures
• Use tools and equipment as required for general labor duties
• Support material handling, staging, and site preparation activities

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 5 years of experience required
• Must complete ladder and fall protection safety (CCS will provide)
• Driving record must be checked and meet position requirements
• Reliable attendance and able to work the required schedule
• Strong teamwork skills and a safety-first mindset
• Landscaping background is a major plus
