We are a growing hardscaping and outdoor living company looking for an experienced Mason Crew Leader to join our team.


We specialize in creating high-end outdoor spaces, including paver patios, retaining walls, outdoor kitchens, fire pits, artificial turf, walkways, pool decks, and other custom hardscape projects.


What You'll Do

• Lead and work alongside a small hardscape/masonry crew
• Install paver patios, walkways, walls, steps, and retaining walls
• Build outdoor kitchens, fire pits, and other masonry features
• Perform grading, excavation, base preparation, and compaction
• Read and follow project plans and layouts
• Maintain high standards for quality, craftsmanship, and jobsite cleanliness
• Manage day-to-day production and keep projects moving efficiently
• Communicate with the owner and team regarding project progress and materials
• Operate common construction equipment and tools safely

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in masonry, hardscaping, or landscape construction
• Strong knowledge of paver and retaining wall installation
• Experience leading a crew or managing jobsites
• Ability to read layouts, measurements, and project plans
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Experience with outdoor kitchens, natural stone, artificial turf, or pool decks is a plus
