Hardscape Crew Lead
Location: Round Lake, NY
Company: Peak Environmental
Category: Construction / Skilled Trades
Job Type: Full-Time
Ready to Build Exceptional Outdoor Spaces?
For nearly 30 years, Peak Environmental has been a leader in complex residential and commercial outdoor living projects throughout Saratoga County. Our team specializes in designing and building high-quality landscapes, patios, retaining walls, and outdoor living environments that stand the test of time.
We are looking for an experienced Hardscape Lead Installer to join our team.
This role is ideal for a skilled hardscape craftsman who takes pride in their work and can help execute projects efficiently alongside our Hardscape Project Manager. You will play a key role in setting up job sites, assisting with layout and site preparation, and leading installation work when the project manager is managing other aspects of the job.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building and problem solving in the field--not sitting behind a desk.

- Work directly with the Hardscape Project Manager to execute project plans
- Help set up and organize job sites for efficiency and productivity

- Operate excavation and heavy equipment when required
- Maintain quality craftsmanship that meets Peak Environmental standards
- Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times
- Occasionally set up or run portions of a job site when the project manager is handling other project responsibilities
