Pay: $22–$25/hr (Weekly Pay)

We’re looking for an experienced Hardscape Team Lead to join our crew and help deliver top-quality outdoor living projects. If you thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and take pride in high-level workmanship, this is a strong fit.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and manage a hardscape crew on residential and commercial job sites

• Complete projects with precision, safety, and quality craftsmanship

• Read plans, set elevations, and ensure proper layout and installation

• Maintain clear communication with the project manager, homeowners, and your crew

• Track daily progress, ensure materials are staged, and keep the job site organized

• Solve problems proactively and keep projects moving efficiently

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven hardscape construction experience (pavers, retaining walls, grading, base prep, etc.)

• Ability to manage a team and hold high standards

• Strong communication and job-site leadership

• Comfort working in a dynamic environment where priorities can shift quickly

• Reliable, hardworking, and committed to delivering quality results
