Our client, Incisive Dental Network, is growing again!

They are hiring a Hardware & Deployment Operations Lead to own the end-to-end lifecycle of our hardware fleet — from staging and deployment through refurbishment, inventory management, and vendor coordination.

You'll be the operational backbone of the hardware function, ensuring that every scanner we deploy goes out on time, is configured correctly, and is tracked accurately. This is a highly hands-on role where you'll be actively involved in day-to-day operations while also building the systems, SOPs, and team structure needed to scale.

As they grow toward 700+ scanner deployments annually, the infrastructure and processes you establish will play a strategic role in supporting company growth.

This role is on-site in the Portsmouth, NH office.

What You'll Own

Hardware Deployments & Refurbishment

  • Stage, configure, and quality-check intraoral scanners and associated laptops prior to deployment
  • Coordinate with IT partners to ensure secure and compliant device configurations via Microsoft InTune
  • Manage outbound logistics, including shipping coordination and label generation
  • Communicate deployment timelines clearly with Customer Success and internal stakeholders
  • Oversee hardware returns, refurbishment, and redeployment for churned accounts
  • Maintain hardware condition standards, including reboxing and asset documentation

Inventory & Fulfillment

  • Maintain inventory levels for scanners, scan bodies, and accessories to support the sales pipeline
  • Process ad hoc hardware and accessory requests with speed and accuracy
  • Track asset movement and inventory records within Salesforce

Operations & Process Improvement

  • Identify and implement workflow improvements across the hardware function
  • Build and maintain SOPs to support scalable operations and team consistency
  • Coordinate with vendors, including 3Shape, Straumann, and iMetric on hardware support and account configuration
  • Support Salesforce data integrity initiatives related to hardware assets and billing workflows

Team Leadership

  • Mentor and develop members of the hardware operations team
  • Set daily and weekly priorities while creating a high-accountability culture
  • Support hiring and onboarding as the operations team expands

What We're Looking For

  • 3–6 years of experience in hardware operations, IT deployment, logistics, or related operational roles
  • Hands-on experience staging and configuring laptops and peripheral devices
  • Familiarity with MDM tools such as Microsoft InTune preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage inventory, requests, and competing priorities simultaneously
  • Able to prioritize across time-sensitive demands and proactively communicate when timelines shift
  • Process-oriented mindset with a focus on operational efficiency and continuous improvement
  • Comfortable operating in a high-growth, early-stage environment where systems are still being built
  • Comfortable leading a small team while remaining highly hands-on operationally
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems preferred
  • Must be willing to work on-site in Portsmouth, NH - this is a physical role involving hardware staging, packaging, and occasional local logistics runs

  • Competitive Base Salary
  • Bonus up to 20%
  • Equity: Stock options as an early team member
  • 401k Match
  • Health Benefits
  • Generous PTO

Why Incisive

  • Early-stage company with strong traction and clear product-market fit
  • Opportunity to build and scale a critical operational function· High-ownership role with direct impact on company growth
