Education

  • Bachelor s degree required.

Experience

  • At least eight years of related IT asset-management experience.
  • Experience managing asset delivery and staging.
  • Experience with asset tracking and inventory control.
  • Experience managing hardware and software deployment.
  • Experience with software-license management.
  • Experience managing asset recovery and disposal.
  • Experience leading teams responsible for hardware and software asset lifecycle management.
  • Experience ensuring accurate asset tracking, inventory accountability, and lifecycle documentation.
  • Experience managing asset-tracking systems.
  • Experience supporting asset audits and reconciliation activities.
  • Experience working with service-level agreements and related compliance requirements.

Technical Skills

  • IT asset-tracking systems.

  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional operational improvements within a large-scale IT-support organization.
  • ITIL 4 Foundation certification.
  • IAITAM Certified Hardware Asset Management Professional certification.
  • IAITAM Certified Software Asset Manager certification
