Job Title: Hardware Engineer
Location: Longmont, CO (100% Onsite)
Duration: 1+ Year Contract
Experience: 7–10+ Years
Core Responsibilities:
- Design, test, and debug PCB-level circuits (not PCB layout)
- Perform hands-on lab testing, verification, and characterization
- Develop test methods and support transition from testing → design
- Work on new product development and enhancements
- Use lab equipment (oscilloscopes, DVMs) for analysis and troubleshooting
Key Requirements:
- Strong digital and analog circuit design fundamentals
- High-speed signal testing (e.g., PCIe, eye diagrams, probing)
- Experience with power subsystem design (buck/boost regulators)
- Hands-on PCB-level testing and debugging experience
- Ability to analyze complex hardware issues and develop solutions
Preferred Skills:
- Test automation (Python, equipment control)
- Experience in SSD, communications, or similar EE domains
- Familiarity with PCIe (nice to have)
Education:
- BSEE required; MSEE preferred
