POSITION OVERVIEW
As a Hardware Engineering Manager your roles and responsibilities will include:
- Candidates joining our team will have great impact and help drive our client success by leading the design and development of cutting-edge new network visibility platforms - platforms combining high-speed networking with compute and FPGA resources
- Great opportunity to become a member of a well-respected and dynamic team and help lead the product direction for future product generations
- Lead all phases of hardware development from architecture through to production release
- Lead a diverse team of HW, mechanical, and ECAD resources
- Participate in a cross-functional team environment including PM, RTL, Software, compliance, and manufacturing
- Assist in the management and development of OEM relationships
- Support sustaining efforts and implement changes to improve yields
- BS degree in Electrical Engineering with 10 years relevant experience
- Strong skills and experience in people-management and development
- Experience with the design, development, and productization of computer networking equipment
- Knowledge of high-speed signal integrity concepts and practices
- Experience with EMC design techniques and solving EMC non-compliance issues
- Experience with high performance processors and embedded platforms
- Knowledge of PCB Stackups and understanding of materials
- Strong analytical problem solving skills
- Ability to excel in a fast paced dynamic environment
- Excellent verbal and written English skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
