    POSITION OVERVIEW
    As a Hardware Engineering Manager your roles and responsibilities will include:
    • Candidates joining our team will have great impact and help drive our client success by leading the design and development of cutting-edge new network visibility platforms - platforms combining high-speed networking with compute and FPGA resources
    • Great opportunity to become a member of a well-respected and dynamic team and help lead the product direction for future product generations
    • Lead all phases of hardware development from architecture through to production release
    • Lead a diverse team of HW, mechanical, and ECAD resources
    • Participate in a cross-functional team environment including PM, RTL, Software, compliance, and manufacturing
    • Assist in the management and development of OEM relationships
    • Support sustaining efforts and implement changes to improve yields
    • BS degree in Electrical Engineering with 10 years relevant experience
    • Strong skills and experience in people-management and development
    • Experience with the design, development, and productization of computer networking equipment
    • Knowledge of high-speed signal integrity concepts and practices
    • Experience with EMC design techniques and solving EMC non-compliance issues
    • Experience with high performance processors and embedded platforms
    • Knowledge of PCB Stackups and understanding of materials
    • Strong analytical problem solving skills
    • Ability to excel in a fast paced dynamic environment
    • Excellent verbal and written English skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams

    Minimum Education: BS degree in Electrical Engineering
    Minimum Experience: 10+ to 15 years experience
