The Hardware Engineering Manager<\/b> leads a team of design engineers while contributing hands -on to the design, prototyping, and testing of PCBs and PCBAs. This role combines leadership, technical expertise, and collaboration with cross -functional teams to deliver reliable, high -quality hardware products.

Key Responsibilities:<\/b>
<\/p>

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of hardware engineers.
    <\/li>
  • Design, develop, and test PCBs and PCBAs with a focus on quality and manufacturability.
    <\/li>
  • Oversee schematic design, layout, and component selection.
    <\/li>
  • Manage hardware projects from concept to production.
    <\/li>
  • Collaborate with firmware, software, and mechanical teams.
    <\/li>
  • Drive process improvement and adopt new hardware technologies.
    <\/li>
  • Ensure compliance with customer and industry standards.
    <\/li><\/ul>

    Requirements<\/h3>


    <\/p>

    • 5+ years<\/b> in hardware engineering (PCB design/fabrication).
      <\/li>
    • 2+ years<\/b> in management or technical leadership.
      <\/li>
    • Experience with PCBA testing (functional, ICT, boundary scan).
      <\/li>
    • Proficiency in PCB design tools (Altium, Cadence, etc.).
      <\/li>
    • Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
      <\/li>
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem -solving abilities.
      <\/li><\/ul>
