Overview
This role ensures employees receive reliable, properly configured hardware to support their day-to-day work. It combines hands-on device management with responsive end-user support to maintain a smooth and efficient hardware lifecycle across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full lifecycle of corporate hardware, including deployment, refresh, and retirement of laptops and peripherals, ensuring accurate tracking in asset management systems.
  • Process hardware requests from intake through approval, configuration, and delivery, meeting defined SLAs and providing clear communication to end users.
  • Image, configure, and validate devices according to enterprise standards, including required software, security settings, and network access.
  • Troubleshoot basic hardware issues, collaborate with service desk and walkup teams, and ensure issues are resolved or escalated promptly.
  • Follow and enforce corporate standards for device security, data protection, and return processes (e.g., for terminations, leaves, and role changes).
  • Identify recurring pain points in the hardware process, suggest improvements, and contribute feedback to enhance enduser experience and operational efficiency.
Requirements
  • Experience with enterprise hardware management (laptops, monitors, docks, and peripherals) in a corporate environment.
  • Strong customer service orientation with clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities, with attention to detail and adherence to process and policy.
  • Familiarity with asset management tools and hardware lifecycle processes (procure, deploy, support, retire) is preferred.
