Description
Press Operator – 2nd Shift Louisville, CO | $20.00/hour
Job Store Staffing is hiring a Press Operator for a growing manufacturing company in the Louisville, CO area. If you enjoy hands-on work, operating machinery, and working in a fast-paced production environment, we'd love to hear from you! Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience is a plus, but motivated individuals with a strong work ethic are encouraged to apply.
Schedule:
Monday – Friday
2nd Shift: 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM
Responsibilities
Set up and operate installation presses using the appropriate tooling.
Install the correct PEM hardware by following work orders, drawings, and travelers.
Program press controllers to ensure proper installation specifications.
Request Quality Assurance inspections for first article parts.
Scan work orders at the start and completion of each job using the E2 software system.
Read blueprints and production documentation to ensure quality standards are met.
Work collaboratively with team members to safely move and handle large parts.
Qualifications
Ability to learn PEM hardware, part numbers, and material applications.
Comfortable reading production drawings and using the PEM catalog.
Ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to identify different material types and gauges.
Experience with forklifts and basic hand tools is a plus.
Manufacturing, production, or machine operation experience preferred.
