Store Location – Bedford, PA

Our Client, a stable, growing company that values hard work, teamwork, and customer service, is seeking a professional, motivated, and experienced RetailHardware Store Manager at their Bedford location.

The Retail Store Manager will lead the team and help drive the success of this growing business. The ideal candidate will enjoy collaborating with people, solving problems, creating a positive work environment and leads by example. This is a hands-on leadership position.

The ideal applicant has several years of experience working with hardware or home improvement, preferably with leadership or supervisory experience. Strong computer, customer service, and clear communication skills.

Qualifications

• Previous retail management experience is required
• Hardware experience or knowledge in plumbing, electrical, paint, and rental items
• Computer experience with retail point-of-sale systems
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds when necessary
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to motivate and develop employees
• Comfortable making decisions and taking ownership
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

General Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of employees
• Deliver outstanding customer service and create an exceptional shopping experience
• Hire, train, coach, and evaluate team members
• Schedule employees and manage daily store operations
• Maintain inventory, merchandising, and store appearance
• Monitor sales, expenses, and store performance
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and effectively
• Ensure company policies and safety procedures are followed
• Foster a positive, accountable, and team-oriented work environment
• Manage and maintain the rental department within the store

Overview of Schedule and Compensation Package:

·Competitive salary of $48,000–$55,000, based on experience

·Available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
