Job Title: Hardware Technical Support Technician (Field Support)
Location: Travel Required (2 3 Days/Week to Various Locations Mileage Reimbursed)
Duration: 3 6 Months

Job Description:
We are seeking Hardware Technical Support Technicians to provide hands-on field support across multiple office locations. The ideal candidates will be responsible for laptop imaging, device configuration, hardware installation and repair, audiovisual (AV) support, and deployment of end-user devices. This role requires strong technical troubleshooting skills, excellent customer service, and the flexibility to travel to support on-site IT operations.
Key Responsibilities:

• Image, configure, and deploy laptops and desktop devices.
• Perform hardware installation, maintenance, and break/fix support.
• Provide audiovisual (AV) setup and troubleshooting for meeting rooms and events.
• Install, replace, and support end-user hardware and peripherals.
• Assist with device inventory, asset tracking, and lifecycle management.
• Respond to on-site technical issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Document support activities and escalate complex issues as needed.

Required Skills:

• Experience in hardware deployment, desktop support, or field IT support.
• Knowledge of Windows operating systems, laptop imaging, and device configuration.
• Experience with AV equipment and conference room technology.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift and transport IT equipment as needed.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel 2 3 days per week (mileage reimbursed).
