Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a variety of motorsports vehicles, including motorcycles, ATVs, and/or watercraft.
- Conduct thorough inspections to identify mechanical issues and ensure vehicles meet high-performance standards.
- Collaborate with our team to ensure all repairs are completed efficiently and to the highest quality.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
- Stay current with the latest technologies and advancements in motorsports and automotive repair.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a motorcycle technician (minimum 2-3 years preferred)
- In-depth knowledge of motorcycle repair and maintenance procedures, including electrical and mechanical systems.
- Ability to diagnose issues quickly and accurately.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to ride a motorcycle.
- Manufacturer certification is a plus.
- A passion for motorcycles and the motorcycle industry.
