As the Volunteer Reader Coordinator, you will be responsible for working with school and partner agency staff to develop a plan to increase student enrollment and participation. You will also evaluate program materials and update training materials and onboarding resources.
Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a recruitment strategy to identify new volunteers and coordinate program schedule and assignments. You will track volunteer engagement, provide on-site program support, and monitor program performance and student improvement.
Furthermore, you will develop regular volunteer communications, evaluate volunteer experience, gather feedback, and coordinate recognition events. You will attend regular team meetings, report to your supervisor, and perform other assigned duties as necessary.
