Associated Staffing is hiring a Harvest Scale Operator in Elm Creek, NE! This is a great seasonal opportunity for someone who is dependable, comfortable using a computer and ready to work plenty of hours during the busy harvest season.

Strong performers may have the opportunity to continue working at other locations after the season ends.
Schedule

• 
  Monday Saturday: 7: 00 AM 7: 00 PM, with the possibility of working later as needed
  
• 
  Sunday: 1: 00 PM 6: 00 PM
  
• 
  Must be available for longer days, weekends and/or holidays during peak harvest periods
  

Responsibilities

• 
  Weigh and grade grain for inbound and outbound trucks
  
• 
  Use computer systems and manual tools to accurately record measurements
  
• 
  Enter and maintain accurate scale and grain information
  
• 
  Provide prompt, friendly and courteous customer service
  
• 
  Answer phones and direct calls as needed
  
• 
  Maintain a clean and organized work area
  
• 
  Assist other team members as needed
  

Qualifications

• 
  High school diploma or GED preferred
  
• 
  Basic computer and data entry skills
  
• 
  Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  
• 
  Dependable and able to work independently
  
• 
  Good communication and customer service skills
  
• 
  Ability to work extended hours, weekends and holidays during peak season
  

Additional Information

• 
  Steel-toed boots are not required
  
• 
  Dress code: Jeans or work pants only;no jogging pants, leggings or shorts
  
• 
  Seasonal position beginning September 1 and expected to continue through approximately Thanksgiving/December 1
  
• 
  Opportunity for additional work at other locations may be available for strong performers
