Harvest Scale Operator for a company in

Duties include:- Weigh incoming and outgoing grain trucks using computerized scale systems.
- Accurately enter load information and maintain detailed records.
- Prepare scale tickets and other required documentation.
- Communicate with truck drivers, customers, and grain facility personnel.
- Direct truck traffic safely through the facility.
- Monitor grain deliveries and ensure proper routing to designated storage areas.
- Answer phones and assist with customer inquiries in a professional manner.
- Maintain organized records and perform basic office duties.
- Maintain a clean and organized scale house.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Assist with other harvest-related duties as assigned.
Schedule:
Seasonal Harvest Position Hours vary based on harvest demands. Overtime, evenings, weekends, and extended hours may be required during peak harvest.
Wage:$18.00/hour (DOE)
Hours: 8am-5pm, Overtime and weekends required during harvest
