Harvest Winemaking Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Support luxury winemaking operations through harvest planning and execution.
• Monitor fermentations and stored bulk wine by reviewing analytical results, tank temperatures, and headspace measurements; communicate findings to key stakeholders.
• Track and schedule wine and juice movements while maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Prepare and issue cellar work orders using wine management software and spreadsheets.
• Assist in planning and coordinating cellar activities, including pressings, rackings, toppings, and pump-over programs.
• Collaborate closely with cellar, laboratory, maintenance, wine information, and winemaking teams.
• Coordinate and secure samples for tastings and winemaking evaluations.
• Support special projects and perform additional duties as assigned.
• Maintain a safe, efficient, and productive work environment at all times.

Qualifications

• Strong computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and spreadsheet management.
• Basic understanding of winemaking processes preferred.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations and unit conversions.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a highly collaborative team environment.
• Training will be provided for the right candidate.

Schedule

• Monday through Saturday
• Start time between 7:00 AM and 8:00 AM
• Shifts typically range from 8 to 10 hours per day
