Hour AWER $17.13 per hour guaranteed or an equivalent piece rate of $0.38 to $0.45 per plant, depending on variety. Estimated hourly wage rate equivalent is $22.00 per hour, based on workers pruning and tying approximately 49 plants per hour at an average
incentive rate of $0.45 per plant. Rate may vary due to: age of plant; amount of vegetative growth requiring pruning (single vs.
multiple cuts); amount of material to be tied; number of leaves on the plant; and number of ties required.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Work indoors and outdoors, in seasonal temperatures and conditions. Work long hours during peak season, including weekends and holidays. Continuously walk, stand, bend, kneel, and reach overhead and from side to side – all for long periods of time. Lift and move product or equipment that weighs up to 60 pounds in an environment that is often hot. To be eligible for employment, applicants must:
