Heat Press Operator – Hat Patch Application
Location: Fontana, CA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–10:30 PM
Pay: $18.50/hr
About the Role
We’re looking for a dedicated Heat Press Operator to join our production team. This position involves applying patches to hats using a heat press machine. The work is highly repetitive, detail-focused, and requires the ability to stay consistent and accurate throughout the shift.
Important Note:
This job requires standing in the same workstation for the entire shift with very limited movement. If you prefer active roles that involve walking, picking, or moving around frequently, this position will not be a good fit.
What You’ll Do
- Operate a heat press machine to apply patches onto hats
- Inspect materials and finished products for accuracy and quality
- Follow detailed instructions and production standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Stand in one spot for 8+ hours while working at a steady, efficient pace
