This role is ideal for experienced operators who can safely and efficiently move material in an active mining and aggregate environment while maintaining production goals and strict safety standards.

$21–$25/hour based on experience

Responsibilities
Operate articulated haul trucks in active plant and site development conditions
Transport overburden, aggregate, and processed materials along designated haul routes
Maintain production pace while ensuring load stability and safe dumping procedures
Complete pre-shift and post-shift equipment inspections
Report mechanical issues immediately to supervision
Communicate effectively with loaders, ground personnel, and supervisors
Adjust operations safely for changing weather, ground, and visibility conditions
Follow all MSHA regulations and site-specific safety procedures
Requirements
Advanced haul truck operating experience in mining, quarry, aggregate, or site development environments
Willingness to work 50–60 hours per week
Reliable transportation
Ability to pass drug screening
Strong safety awareness and communication skills
